Smoking can be describe as an act of inhaling and exhaling the fumes of burning crop. Most of the plant material are consumed including marijuana and hashish, but it is very similar to tobacco as smoked in a cigar, pipe and cigarette. Tobacco consissmoot of nicotine, an alkaloid which very addictive in nature and have very bad effects on human body. If we look at history, it was first used by American Indian’s, was showed to Europe by Columbus and other explorers. After that it was spreaded like fire to the whole world. The WHO organization states that in 90’s, deaths caused by tobacco was 4 million but in 2003 it had increased to 5 million. Tobacco consist of nicotine, carbon dioxide, carbon mono oxide. Carbon Mono oxide which is very poisonous gas replaces oxygen from the hemoglobin and put a hard stress on cardiovascular system.
